Jordan Digital Marketing is a remote-first, remote-always digital marketing agency. We focus on paid media, SEO, and content marketing to deliver best-in-class results for startups, predominantly in B2B, SaaS, and Fintech. We drive real business growth for our clients by acting as an extension of their in-house team. We’re seeking an SEO Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Support and collaborate with SEO account managers to execute on-page optimizations, technical SEO audits, and changes

• Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization

• Performing ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities

• Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success

• Research market and seasonal trends for SEO client industries

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis

• Implement changes in content management systems (CMS)

• Execute methods to track, report, analyze, and improve SEO and content performance

• Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, strategies, and algorithm changes 

• Participate in growing the company’s marketing blog

• Participate in ongoing training to further skill set

You Have

• 2+ years of experience working in SEO

• Attention to detail

• Good understanding of SEO best practices

• Passion for SEO and internet marketing

• Ability to implement SEO strategies while meeting client deadlines

• Data-driven and analytical mindset

• Desire to expand overall SEO and digital marketing knowledge

• Willingness to work within a team structure and have a growth mindset

• Experience working with SEO tools, including Google Search Console and Google Analytics

• Agency experience

We Would Appreciate If You Have

• Experience working with other SEO tools, including (but not limited to) Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Experience with and/or understanding of code (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Experience with and/or knowledge of other marketing channels (e.g., PPC)

• Experience working with a variety of CMS’ (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)

• Excellent writing skills
