Oracle EPM / EDMCS Solutions Architect - GSK Solutions Inc.

Job Title: Oracle EPM / EDMCS Solutions Architect Location: 100% Remote (Candidates local to Texas preferred) Duration: 6+ Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM / EDMCS Solutions Architect to join our team on a 6+ month contract. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership and hands-on expertise in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services (EDMCS) solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

• Lead architecture and solution design for Oracle Cloud EPM and EDMCS implementations.

• Partner with business leaders and functional teams to align EPM/EDMCS capabilities with enterprise-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.

• Define solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and best practices for data governance and master data management.

• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery including configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, and integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems.

• Provide subject matter expertise on enterprise data management, data governance frameworks, and metadata structures within EDMCS.

• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability considerations are met across platforms.

• Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders, bridging strategy and execution.

• Support troubleshooting, optimization efforts, and change management during implementation and post-go-live.

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud architecture and solution design.

• Strong hands-on experience with EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service), including metadata management and hierarchy management.

• Background in designing and implementing solutions across EPM modules such as Planning, FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud), PBCS/EPBCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting.

• Proven expertise in integration of EPM/EDMCS with Oracle ERP Cloud or other ERP/financial systems.

• Excellent understanding of data governance, security models, and master data management.

• Solid grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, automation, and performance optimization.

• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to collaborate with executive sponsors and technical teams.

• Experience guiding offshore/remote teams is a plus.

• Oracle certifications in EPM or EDMCS.

• Prior consulting or advisory role experience.

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Local candidates in Texas strongly preferred.
