M1 - SAP Implementation Engineering Lead

Objective of the RoleResponsible for leading and coordinating the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technical projects within autonomous development teams, with a strong focus on the implementation of ERP (SAP). This role will manage and coordinate the work of external consultants supporting the ERP implementation, ensuring deliverables align with business needs and timelines. Additionally, the position ensures teams operate effectively by fostering cross-functional collaboration, promoting innovation, and maintaining technical excellence.Main Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of ERP (SAP), coordinating internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between development, product, QA, business stakeholders, and ERP vendors.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all ERP-related deliverables meet quality, scalability, and security standards.
- Provide guidance, resources, and leadership to teams to achieve high performance.
- Promote an autonomous and collaborative team culture.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Proven experience implementing ERP systems (SAP preferred), including managing external vendors/consultants.
- Strong understanding of SAP workflows and integration in complex business environments.
- Experience in modern development technologies (.NET, Java, TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js) and microservices.
- Familiarity with containerized development, RESTful API integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
