Objective of the Role

The IC2 – Associate Product Manager plays a critical role in driving successful execution of key priorities for the product area. The goal of this position is to contribute to the product lifecycle by assisting with product strategy, gathering and analyzing user feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of product features. As a key member of the product team, the APM will work under the guidance of senior product managers to gain experience and develop the necessary skills for a future product leadership role.

Main Responsibilities1. Product Development & Execution:a. Assist in defining and executing product roadmaps, working closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure successful delivery of features and improvements.2. Participate in planning sprints and managing deliverables, helping ensure products are launched on time, with proper experimentation plan, and meet high bar on quality for our users 3. User Research & Feedback Gathering:a. Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and testing, to understand customer pain points, behaviors, and needs.b. Use insights from user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements, supporting product managers in identifying opportunities to enhance user experience.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:a. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product development and integration.b. Assist in managing communication between teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and requirements.5.Data Analysis & Reporting:a. Analyze product data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.b. Create reports and dashboards to track progress on product goals and share updates with the broader team and stakeholders

6.Product Documentation & Communication:a. Help define clear product requirements and user stories, working with designers and engineers to ensure that features are well-defined and aligned with user needs.b. Contribute to product documentation and internal communications to ensure alignment on features and product goals.7.Continuous Learning & Development:a. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to support the product development process.b. Actively seek feedback and guidance from senior product managers to grow in the role and gain a deeper understanding of the product management process.Required Knowledge and Experience• Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Agile development environments with projectmanagement experience• A strategic mindset that closely follows the latest trends and adapts them for application within the work and business• Experience in partnership management, business development, and strategic planning• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, meeting demanding deadlines• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills• Proven ability to develop materials, including presentations for leadership• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks• Ability to work in a team, with a high degree of collaboration with cross-functional teams• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent training and/or experience, with desirable knowledge in any quantitative discipline
