About the Role

We are looking for an IT Network Engineer to join our team. You will manage organizations’ computer systems, including software, hardware and networks both clouds based and local. In the scope of this role, you also may be responsible for designing, installing, and supporting the entire system.

This position requires in-depth knowledge of the networking area.

The compensation package is from 3000 EUR to 5000 EUR (gross), depending on your experience.

In This Role, You Will:

• Maintain computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Management, maintenance and administration of on-prem network equipment: routers, switches, firewalls and wireless stack.
• Public cloud (AWS, Azure) network administration.
• Basic familiarity with automating tasks in IT environments.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Document system configurations, updates they make to a system, and any new procedures or policies created in their work.
• If needed, act as project manager overseeing IT staff and coordinating with vendors and internal users when implementing a new system.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of IP networks and security protocols (both cloud and on prem).
• Knowing security protocols, networking infrastructures and database systems.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicating complex information to a non-technological audience.
