Growth Internship (m/f/d)

As an intern at Ordio , you'll gain insight into the complete growth mix of a tech startup. You'll have the opportunity to lead your own projects and actively contribute to our success.

Tasks

• As a Growth intern, you'll be an important part of our team and support us in further scaling Ordio. Right from the start, you'll take responsibility for projects that directly contribute to our growth.

• You plan and coordinate projects from preparation to follow-up and ensure that tasks and deadlines are met.

• You actively support the organization and implementation of offline events, trade fairs and pop-up campaigns, including coordination with service providers, partners and internal teams.

• You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to nurture leads in HubSpot, create reports, and support data-driven decisions.

• You prepare presentations and materials for campaigns and create content for our most important social media channels, especially LinkedIn.

• You conduct competitive and market analyses, identify trends and use these to develop new ideas for campaigns and activities that inspire our target group.

Qualification

• You are highly motivated, think entrepreneurially and tackle new tasks proactively.

• You work very independently, in a structured manner and do not lose track of several projects at the same time.

• You are creative and quick-witted and want to take responsibility for your own projects.

• You have an affinity for social media and a feel for effective marketing communication.

• ✨ Ideally, you have some experience in marketing, business development, event management or in a start-up environment and are familiar with tools such as HubSpot and Notion

• You have a good understanding of digital trends and an interest in topics related to marketing and SaaS.

• ️ You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.

• ⏱️ You have at least three months for the internship.
