Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Listening carefully to customers and evaluating their situations to provide appropriate solutions
  • Handling customer interactions with empathy and care, even in stressful situations
  • Providing assistance with various services, including Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and more
  • Working independently to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor
  • Strong customer service skills, including active listening and multi-tasking
  • The ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations
  • The ability to reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls
  • Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required
  • Fluency in English, with bilingual contractors required to be fluent in English and Spanish or English and French

Technical Requirements

To ensure a smooth and successful experience, you'll need:
  • A quiet, uninterrupted environment during all working hours
  • A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS
  • A wired internet connection for tech setups, education classes, and working hours
  • A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
  • Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
  • A wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
  • A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad, and a willingness to install an authentication app related to program work

Compensation and Benefits

As a contractor with Working Solutions, you'll enjoy:
  • A competitive contract rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour
  • The potential to earn an equivalent of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour
  • Bilingual contractors will earn a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee, and the potential to earn an equivalent of $14.88 - $18.60 per hour
  • The flexibility to choose your own hours and work at your own pace
