It's a game-changer for those who value convenience and quality. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our service.

Your Role in Our Team

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark, responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our drivers and dry cleaning partners, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues
• Liaise with drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure continued great service to our customers
• Handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing your time effectively
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Requirements:

* Minimum two years' previous customer care experience

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Well-organized and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Reliable and supportive team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Honesty and professionalism in everything you do
• Comfortable handling 50+ calls on a daily basis
• Ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours when required
