Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to enterprise and mid-market customers, driving adoption, ensuring ROI, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders, understanding their business goals, and developing tailored success plans to meet their needs
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive customer success, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth
  • Analyzing customer data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Developing and delivering presentations, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders, including executive-level briefings
  • Negotiating and facilitating agreements, contracts, and renewals to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, to drive revenue growth

Requirements

To succeed as an Experienced Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-touch Customer Success or Account Management role, with a proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and growth
  • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders, with a strong understanding of their business goals and objectives
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable success plans
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and drive consensus, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes
  • Proficiency in using CSM and CRM tools, including data analysis and dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
