Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Retail Sales Floor and Customer Support, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Engaging with customers on the sales floor, helping them find products that meet their needs, and building long-term relationships
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed
- Handling clerical duties, such as customer files and contracts, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong desire to help customers, with a customer-centric approach and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet their needs

- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math, reading, and writing
