Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat support in both Portuguese and English, ensuring that our customers' needs are met with the highest level of service.
  • Addressing a wide range of customer inquiries, from product information and order issues to billing and technical concerns, using blithequark's internal systems and tools to assist customers efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams or departments when necessary.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of blithequark products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken), with excellent written communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a remote setting, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple customer chats simultaneously, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when handling complex or difficult customer inquiries, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment, with experience with chat support software or customer service platforms a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in an online or remote environment, with experience working with or for large corporations a plus.
