Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty), you'll be responsible for:

• Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs
• Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing
• Processing new and/or amended enrollments
• Ensuring our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An active license to sell Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A passion for helping others
• A patient and empathetic nature
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Fluency in English (Bilingual Spanish/English a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

• Experience in the insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
