Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general travel information.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
  • Guiding customers on how to use arenaflex online platforms, including booking systems and mobile apps.
  • Actively seeking customer feedback and relaying important information to the relevant departments for continuous service improvement.
  • Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure consistent and reliable customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to think critically and make quick decisions to resolve customer issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in procedures or technology.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus but not required.

  • Experience working remotely is advantageous.

Working Hours

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:

  • Be available to work full-time hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts that may vary based on customer demand.
  • Be willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones and peak travel periods.
