Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts to provide exceptional service to our patients. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, resolving patient inquiries, and providing empathetic support to those in need. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer needs over the phone
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

• 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other technology tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)

• Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive pay range: $17.02 - $27.16 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
