[Remote] Production Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Arbor Realty Trust is a leading commercial real estate lender and investment trust with a strong national reputation. The Production Analyst will support the Sales team by providing financial analysis and reporting to facilitate deal progression, focusing on Freddie Mac Conventional products and related lending processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage reports, models, and loan analyses in Excel
- Conduct rent roll reviews and preliminary loan sizing for multifamily deals
- Perform borrower and property due diligence, identifying risks and issues
- Research markets using third-party data sources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent reporting
- Provide analysis and feedback to the SVP of Sales
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and team player with ability to work independently
- Experience in real estate or finance analysis preferred; internships considered
- Salesforce, CoStar, or CRM experience a plus
