We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Dispute Resolution Specialist I. In this role, you'll play a vital part in guiding consumers through the dispute resolution process, providing detailed explanations of eligibility requirements and procedures. With a focus on customer service within a call center environment, this position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

As a Dispute Resolution Specialist I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls and assisting consumers with filing claims via phone or online
  • Explaining dispute resolution program details and eligibility, referring cases to management as needed
  • Addressing basic inquiries regarding state-specific lemon laws
  • Assisting with consumer outreach and supporting special projects to achieve program goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of progressive call center experience with a focus on customer service
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with contact center systems such as Ring Central or Matterhorn
  • Experience in a Fortune 500 call center environment

MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish

Additional Details

* Contract-to-hire position with structured training and potential for promotion

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (60-minute unpaid lunch)
  • Background check required, covering the past 10 years (federal, state, and county checks)

Compensation and Perks
