Experienced Customer Success Representative – Small Business Support and Retention Specialist at arenaflex

What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Strengthening arenaflex's revenue retention by providing timely and exceptional customer support to our small business advertisers
  • Logging into an inbound phone queue for the majority of your day, consulting and educating our current advertisers on the value of arenaflex's advertising solutions
  • Showcasing the value of arenaflex by highlighting ad performance metrics and demonstrating the return on investment for our clients
  • Utilizing strong listening and conflict resolution skills to handle escalated client issues and concerns
  • Becoming an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions and adapting product recommendations to suit client needs, asking probing questions and handling objections to drive success
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with other arenaflex employees
  • Remaining organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly goals

What It Takes To Succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
  • A love for local businesses and an understanding of their importance in local economies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to track and complete numerous details
  • The ability to handle tough conversations with business owners in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
  • The ability to strike a balance between consulting and supporting as needed
  • A willingness to receive and implement feedback
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and always-changing environment
