In this role, you'll serve as the primary contact for patients and attorneys, resolving problems and answering questions regarding a bill.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve problems and answer questions regarding a bill. You'll be the primary point of contact for these individuals, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve problems and answer questions regarding a bill

  • Effectively listen and communicate revenue cycle outcomes or processes with callers
  • Be familiar with and understand payor and state rules and regulations and client information
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

* High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
