Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and field partners via phone or written correspondence to answer routine questions, process transactions, or resolve issues.
• Documenting customer inquiries and related customer data electronically to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Assisting service teams with back-office support functions to ensure seamless operations.
• Protecting the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders to ensure compliance with privacy policies and procedures.
• Supporting department goals by achieving established service standards and metrics.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of related experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance settings (highly preferred).
• Ability to work overtime when required to support business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to assess situations and take initiative.
• Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills.
