Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide essential administrative support to Directors of Development, including meeting preparations and travel reimbursements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to one or more Directors of Development
  • Preparations for donor and advisory board meetings as well as trip books
  • Submit travel reimbursements for development team members
  • Assist other members of the administrative support team with maintaining files
  • Reception desk coverage
  • Preparations for Arts and Sciences Foundation board meetings and events in coordination with the Director of Donor Engagement and Events

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with prospect management databases is preferred
