Responsibilities
- Provide patients with estimated costs for upcoming services
- Assist patients in understanding the billing prepayment process
- Review patients coverage to determine overall cost for the patients specific plan of care
Skills
- High School Diploma Or equivalent Required
- 1 year Experience in Health Care Revenue Cycle, insurance, or financial institution Required
- Associate's Degree In Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field Preferred
- 2 years Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Preferred
