Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction while matching client needs to products and services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a strong customer focus
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Experience in the insurance or benefits industry

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
