Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our U.S. Part Administration Community in Oklahoma. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving complex issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding arenaflex's products and services
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and concerns
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues
- Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering visits
- Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
- Past customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adjust and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Bilingual capabilities an asset
