Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers through phone, email, and chat interactions to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis to provide accurate and timely solutions to customers
  • Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Utilizing virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams, to engage with colleagues and customers
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and the internet to access information and resolve customer issues
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks based on business needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and security of customer data

Technical Requirements

* A dedicated workspace with a computer, screen, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed)

  • A wireless or tablet device for two-factor authentication through Okta Confirm
  • Ability to use virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams
