Business Development Account Manager

The Account Manager role involves handling inbound requests from new partners, supporting top producers, managing data, and improving sales processes while ensuring effective communication and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Transaction Support: Supporting the sales process from inquiry to close, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Data Management: Enter and update partner information in Salesforce and other systems, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
  • Grooming data to maintain up to date information across all platforms
  • Communication Coordination: Manage email and other communications, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and ready for client review
  • Meeting and Schedule Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings via Zoom, coordinating with team members and clients as necessary
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in compiling reports and data analysis to support sales performance tracking and decision-making
  • Modernizing reports to reflect the latest partner information
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Refine processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and activities, contributing to a vibrant, high-energy work culture
  • Operational Support: Guide partners through the use of proprietary systems for deal communication and tracking
  • Cross-Department Communication: Facilitate communication between multiple departments to ensure smooth operations

Skills

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software

  • Well-spoken, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in verbal interactions
