Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to Walmart customers, handling a high volume of calls, and resolving issues efficiently. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience, and you will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering and resolving customer calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Gathering information from customers to identify and resolve issues
  • Creating and updating customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Experience working with CRM systems and phone systems
