Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. Your expertise will ensure seamless price change management, supporting our merchants, stores, and overall business success. This part-time position offers the perfect opportunity for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to make a meaningful impact in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing and entering price change requests from our merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Analyzing data to identify and resolve price change discrepancies, utilizing your analytical skills to drive results
• Understanding and implementing complex promotional price changes, feeding into our systems with precision
• Collaborating with our Accounts Payable team to reopen POS for invoice submission, ensuring timely and efficient processing
• Managing and reviewing weekly price change reports, providing insights to inform business decisions
• Assisting with ad-hoc requests for item maintenance and creation, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this position, you'll possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, e-commerce, or a similar field
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with a strong focus on data analysis and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
