Data Collection and Analysis: • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Dashboard Development: • Design, create and enhance dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic goals. • Provide regular reports to the Chief of Staff and other stakeholders. Data Quality Assurance: • Ensure data accuracy and reliability by implementing quality assurance measures. • Identify and address data discrepancies or inconsistencies. Strategic Support: • Assist in developing and executing strategies to drive value creation within the organization. • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making processes.2/2 Communication and Collaboration: • Effectively communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of data analytics efforts with broader organizational objectives. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within a private equity-backed environment or consulting firm • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) and data analysis and manipulation tools (Alteryx (preferred), Python). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
