Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with our team to meet or exceed defined service level goals, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer inquiries.

  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries, leveraging your communication skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times, ensuring that all customer interactions are conducted in a professional and respectful manner.

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
