As a Part‑Time Customer Support & Service Technician for arenaflex, you will be the frontline guardian of that reliability. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mechanical services and light refurbishments on soft‑drink dispensing equipment in accordance with arenaflex standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in beverage wellspring machines, identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs.
  • Maintain all refrigeration hardware in optimal working condition, conducting preventive maintenance, calibrations, and corrective actions as needed.
  • Transport equipment to and from service locations, ensuring safe handling and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Execute comprehensive mechanical services on dispensing hardware, including preventive upkeep, programming updates, and restorative enhancements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support by communicating clearly, responding promptly to service requests, and fostering positive relationships with clients.
  • Document service activities accurately in arenaflex’s service management system, providing detailed reports on repairs, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.

  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays when service demands arise.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated interest and hands‑on experience with mechanical or electrical systems, preferably in refrigeration or beverage dispensing equipment.
