Position Overview

You will collaborate with a distributed team of data professionals, project managers, and technology specialists to transform raw documents, spreadsheets, and digital files into clean, searchable, and actionable data sets. Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation: Compile, merge, and format a wide variety of source documents—including PDFs, scanned images, handwritten notes, and electronic spreadsheets—into a standardized layout ready for data entry.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of each document to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information before data is entered into the system.
  • Data Input & Maintenance: Accurately input information into our central database, ensuring that each field adheres to predefined validation rules and that duplicate records are avoided.
  • Digital Filing System Management: Assist in the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of a logical, searchable digital filing architecture that supports rapid retrieval and long‑term archival compliance.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks or repetitive tasks within the data entry workflow and propose automation or procedural enhancements to increase throughput and reduce error rates.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with remote teammates, providing status updates, flagging ambiguous data points, and participating in virtual stand‑ups and project reviews.

Essential Qualifications
