Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Energy Services Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files that support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. You'll work directly with our case management systems to ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and record-keeping that enables us to provide seamless services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Entry
- Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor incoming emails, documents, and communications, logging them promptly in the Monday.com platform
- Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and other specialized tools
- Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines and compliance requirements
- Ensure all data entered meets agency and funder requirements for reporting and auditing purposes
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate effectively with program staff to support, enhance, and promote consistent communication
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment of service delivery
- Respond to inquiries from team members regarding data entry processes and documentation requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of improved data management workflows
Clerical and Administrative Support
- Perform various clerical duties including filing, mailings, and phone coverage as needed
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on program metrics and service delivery
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Support special projects and initiatives as they arise
Professional Development and Compliance
- Attend all required staff meetings, supervision sessions, training sessions, and contractual meetings
- Participate in mandatory agency training and relevant professional development activities
- Stay current with changes in program guidelines, data entry protocols, and compliance requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role, handling sensitive client information with discretion
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in data entry, administration, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in Human Services, data entry, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other data management software
- Experience with database management systems and data entry protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Experience with human services programs, particularly energy assistance programs
