Position Overview

The Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex is a dual-focus role that blends customer-facing communication with precise behind-the-scenes data management. You will spend the majority of your day engaging with customers through phone, email, and live chat channels, addressing their questions about shipments, delivery schedules, account details, and service offerings. In parallel, you will enter, verify, and update critical shipping and customer information using our proprietary logistics platforms and standard office software tools.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from a quiet, dedicated home office anywhere within your region of employment. arenaflex provides a comprehensive paid training program to help you learn our systems, processes, and service standards, so prior logistics experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is your communication ability, your attention to detail, and your commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication and Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and live chat, consistently meeting or exceeding arenaflex service level agreements.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and courteous information regarding arenaflex services, shipment tracking, delivery status, rates, pickup scheduling, and general account questions.
  • Assist customers with placing new orders, modifying existing shipments, scheduling pickups, and processing changes or special handling requests.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and work diligently to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within the arenaflex customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Data Entry and Information Management

  • Input, update, and verify customer account information, shipping details, billing records, and tracking data into arenaflex logistics software platforms.
  • Review incoming data for completeness and accuracy, flagging inconsistencies and following up with appropriate team members or customers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized electronic records and files in accordance with arenaflex data management policies and industry compliance standards.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries as required by team leads, helping to inform operational decisions and identify trends.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with colleagues, team leads, and cross-functional departments to address complex customer issues, escalations, and process improvements.
  • Share insights, customer feedback, and recurring pain points with management to help arenaflex refine its services and customer experience strategies.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities offered by arenaflex.
  • Stay up to date on arenaflex service offerings, policy updates, technology enhancements, and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, data entry, or a related administrative role is strongly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
