Role Overview

The Customer Experience Concierge role is the front‑line ambassador for arenaflex’s elite Centurion Lounge at Washington Dulles International Airport (DCA). In this high‑visibility position, you will welcome our most valued Card Members, anticipate their needs, and deliver a seamless blend of hospitality, travel expertise, and lifestyle concierge services. Key Responsibilities

  • First‑Impression Excellence: Greet Card Members with warmth, verify lounge access, and guide them to their seats, ensuring a smooth and welcoming entry.
  • End‑to‑End Ownership: Take full responsibility for each member’s journey from arrival to departure, proactively addressing any concerns and following through until resolution.
  • Personalized Concierge Service: Offer tailored lifestyle recommendations, travel advice, and reservation assistance that align with each member’s preferences and itinerary.
  • Issue Resolution & Loyalty Building: Identify opportunities to turn challenges into delight, using creative problem‑solving to deepen brand loyalty and turn members into enthusiastic advocates.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Coordinate with lounge food‑and‑beverage teams, security staff, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Technology Utilization: Navigate multiple arenaflex platforms—including member profiles, reservation systems, and mobile apps—to retrieve information quickly and accurately.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience serving premium or high‑net‑worth customers, preferably in airline, lounge, or travel‑related settings.
