Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiry Management: Handle a steady volume of incoming customer contacts via phone, chat, and email, responding with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Active Listening and Resolution: Carefully listen to each customer's concerns, ask the right questions, and work toward a solution — ideally resolving the issue on the very first interaction.
  • Confidentiality and Data Sensitivity: Treat every piece of customer information with the highest level of discretion, adhering strictly to data privacy and security policies.
  • Cross-Channel Communication: Provide live video support when needed, offering a personalized, face-to-face touch that strengthens customer trust.
  • Documentation and Follow-Up: Accurately log customer interactions, escalate complex issues when appropriate, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on product updates, brand guidelines, and service procedures to deliver the most accurate and helpful information possible.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights, provide peer support, and contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture — even from a remote setting.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated, fearless, and customer-obsessed individuals who are excited to make an impact. The ideal candidate brings a combination of empathy, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic. Specifically, we are looking for people who meet the following criteria:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume with grace and efficiency
  • Comfort and proficiency with Windows operating systems (Windows 10 minimum, Windows 11 preferred)
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • Predictable and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following will help you stand out:

  • Six to twelve months of prior customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, or similar)
  • Consistent and stable work history
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Some technical background or familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues

Work-From-Home Technical and Workspace Requirements

To ensure that every team member can perform at their best, all remote positions at arenaflex require the following setup:

  • Personal Device: A desktop, laptop, or tablet that you personally own. Devices must run Windows 10 (Windows 11 preferred) with a minimum of 4GB of RAM (8GB preferred).
  • Internet Connection: A wired Ethernet LAN connection is required. Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISPs are not permitted.
  • Speed Requirements: A minimum subscribed download speed of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps. Your ISP must have zero packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You must be able to provide documentation confirming your connection meets these standards.
  • Workspace: A clean, quiet, and confidential space within your home where you can take calls and focus on customer interactions without interruption.
