MediaScher is a Creative Media and Marketing Agency seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to manage and execute search optimization for multiple client accounts. The role involves conducting SEO audits, optimizing content, and managing Google Business Profiles, all aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full SEO audits across client websites, including technical health, indexing, page speed, broken links, and Core Web Vitals
  • Conduct keyword research and map target keywords to specific client pages
  • Optimize on-page elements: title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content
  • Write and edit SEO-driven content, including blog posts (1–2 per month per client) and on-page copy
  • Manage Google Business Profiles for clients: categories, services, posts, photos, review responses, NAP consistency, and local visibility tracking
  • Coordinate closely with clients and the MediaScher team to understand their goals and deliver SEO outcomes that align with their business objectives
  • Work collaboratively with Social Media Coordinators, Managers, and the Creative Director to align SEO with broader client strategy
  • Produce monthly client-facing SEO reports tied to traffic, rankings, and GBP performance
  • Maintain an exceptional client experience, delivering quality, expertise, and clear reporting that reflects a commitment to respecting and elevating clients' brands

Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including operating across multiple client accounts with meticulous attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in both Website SEO and Local SEO / Google Business Profile management, with baseline proficiency in SEMrush, Search Atlas, Google Search Console, GA4, and Hotjar
  • Strong written English and copywriting skills — capable of producing client-ready blog posts and on-page content
  • Comfortable with WordPress (Webflow a plus)
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines; strong communication skills are essential
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and able to think analytically to solve ranking, indexing, and visibility challenges
  • Strong organizational skills for project, account, and file management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless client experiences and clear reporting
  • Dependability and reliability, especially for monthly reporting cycles and time-sensitive optimization work critical to client and MediaScher success
  • Strategic vision to identify opportunities and translate SEO data into business outcomes
  • Proficiency in SEMrush, Search Atlas, Google Search Console, and GA4 is essential
  • Comfortable with WordPress (Webflow a plus)
