[Remote] Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Judge Consulting Group is seeking an ERP Project Manager to ensure projects are completed according to the agreed-upon plan while maintaining project financials and profitability. The role involves monitoring project deliverables, communicating with team members, and pursuing incremental revenue through relevant services.
Responsibilities
- Ensures projects are completed according to agreed upon plan
- Maintains project financial and project profitability, to include resource scheduling, revenue forecasting per project, billing reconciliations, expense report and time approval for project work, etc
- Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks
- Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members
- Assigns / delegates work assignments to project team members
- Prepares project status reports on project progress and problems
- Disseminates information on any problems or potential delays in a timely manner
- Pursues incremental revenue through presenting and offering relevant services
Skills
- BA/BS degree, preferable in Business or Technical discipline
- 5+ years of project management experience including proven experience in managing ERP project implementations, demonstrating a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of ERP systems
- Solid experience and working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools such as MS Project, TFS/Azure DevOps, Trello, and iterative development methodologies
- Sound business and technical acumen
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbally
- ERP Software Implementation/Consulting experience preferred (Infor CloudSuite Industrial)
- CSM and/or PMP certification is a plus
