[Remote] Senior Enterprise Business Development Manager

Circle Logistics, Inc is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-driven Senior Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive growth on a national scale. This fully remote position requires the candidate to identify and secure enterprise accounts, manage shipper relationships, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close high-volume enterprise shipper opportunities across the United States, leveraging an unrestricted territory model
- Analyze freight market trends, competitive landscapes, and capacity dynamics to position competitive pricing proposals and secure contract wins
- Prepare and present compelling, data-driven rate proposals and customized supply chain solutions to prospective logistics partners
- Manage and scale your shipper accounts, identifying additional freight lanes, service expansions, and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner closely with internal operations, dispatch, and compliance teams to ensure seamless load matching, flawless service delivery, and maximum customer satisfaction
- Lead high-level negotiations for freight rates, service level agreements (SLAs), and carrier contracts to ensure mutually profitable partnerships
- Support and mentor junior team members on freight brokerage best practices, account management tactics, and negotiation strategies
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, load volume activity, and freight margins to senior leadership
Skills
- 2+ years of proven freight brokerage sales or 3PL business development experience (B2B sales background required)
- Proven track record of independently building and growing a profitable book of logistics business from prospecting through closure
- Deep industry knowledge of freight market dynamics, spot vs. contract pricing, and carrier capacity trends
- Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with C-suite and supply chain executives
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to work autonomously in a 100% remote capacity
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, modern TMS platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Active, transferable relationships with enterprise shippers
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, or building high-performing freight sales teams
- Background in account management with a history of hitting aggressive revenue expansion metrics
- Advanced negotiation and contract management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
