[Remote] Co-Founder — Growth & Partnerships (Healthtech)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Credium is building an AI-driven platform aimed at reducing medical credentialing timelines. They are seeking a commercial co-founder who will lead the product's introduction to the healthcare market and drive early partnerships and feedback into product development.
Responsibilities
- Build with us! Take the next leap into AI automation solving pain/friction points in healthcare. Spend almost ~10 hrs / week working with us on an idea that can scale massively
- Own lead generation across physicians, clinics, MSOs, and hospitals
- Talk to doctors, credentialing teams, and healthcare leaders
- Secure early design partners / pilots
- Drive feedback loops into product development
- Shape messaging, GTM, and early partnerships
- Help define pricing and first revenue motion
Skills
- An experienced healthcare professional with minimum 5 years of industry exposure
- A physician (MD) familiar with credentialing friction
- Hospital / health system admin (ops, onboarding, credentialing)
- Healthtech sales / partnerships leader
- Healthtech VC / operator with strong provider network
- Can open doors and start meaningful conversations
- Are comfortable in early-stage ambiguity
- Want real ownership and long-term impact
- Think like a builder, not an employee
