[Remote] Marketing Manager (for agency)

They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that attract and convert videographers into clients, focusing on multi-channel campaigns and measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives to attract and convert qualified videographers into high-value clients
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, including paid and organic social, email marketing, and content funnels
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, manage ad campaigns, craft compelling messaging and offers, coordinate with designers and content creators, and track performance against key metrics
- Design and test new acquisition strategies, refine audience targeting, and collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with product, sales, and community goals
- Manage agencies or freelancers as needed, document repeatable processes, and continually iterate based on data to scale results
Skills
- Proven experience in performance marketing for online education, coaching, or agency-style businesses, with a track record of driving leads and revenue growth
- Strong digital campaign skills, including paid social (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), funnel-building, landing page optimization, and email marketing automation
- Expertise in marketing strategy and positioning, including audience research, offer creation, messaging, and differentiation in competitive online markets
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, experience using marketing analytics tools and dashboards, and the ability to translate data into clear action plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social content
- Experience managing external vendors or freelancers (designers, media buyers, copywriters) and coordinating delivery to meet deadlines and performance targets
- Comfort working in a lean, fast-paced, experiment-driven environment; ability to prioritize, self-manage, and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Familiarity with the creator, videography, or freelance ecosystem is highly preferred
