  • 8+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales and exceed targets
  • Strong discovery, demo, and value messaging skills
  • Negotiation proficiency and ability to navigate procurement
  • Time management and prioritization across multiple opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Training in modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN)
