Live Chat Agent - Remote

In this position, often referred to as an Online Customer Support Representative or Virtual Chat Specialist, you will engage with customers by responding to their inquiries... assisting with product information, checking order status, and resolving issues. This role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism, documenting all customer interactions, and collaborating closely with team members to provide consistent support across all communication channels.
