About the position The Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at Total Tech Solutions, Inc. is responsible for providing customer and technical support for display products such as TVs and monitors. This role involves assisting customers in the US and Canada through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. The position requires effective communication skills and a basic understanding of computer systems, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently. Responsibilities • Provide customer and technical support for display products through incoming calls and internet requests. , • Issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers. , • Gather and resolve Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback. Requirements • Fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills. , • Understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac) is a plus. , • Ability to manage time and work both independently and as part of a team. , • Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred.
