Lifeway is seeking a Project Manager | Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales and service cloud This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in leading large-scale SF implementation projects from conception through to completion. Responsibilities

• Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
• Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project forecast/ plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Some travel, occasionally overnight

Qualifications

Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, required Masters degree, preferred Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.), not required Skills, Experience, & Qualifications, required

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in Salesforce implementations.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful SF implementation project.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
