As a dynamic and fast-growing company, we are seeking a talented Copy Writer/Editor to join our team. Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious Administrative Freelancer to join our Business Development team. This remote role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about facilitating business growth and have a keen eye for identifying new opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential client opportunities on platforms like Indeed and Upwork, crafting compelling resumes and cover letters, submitting proposals, and conducting follow-ups via phone and email. This position requires excellent writing and communication skills, exceptional time management, and a detail-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and identify potential business opportunities on job boards such as Indeed and freelance platforms like Upwork. - Prepare and submit customized resumes and cover letters tailored to specific job listings. - Draft and send out persuasive proposals to prospective clients on Upwork. - Manage and organize submission deadlines to ensure timely responses to job postings and client requests. - Conduct follow-up communications with leads via phone and email to nurture potential business relationships. - Utilize critical thinking to analyze job postings and client needs, crafting responses that highlight Sparkpoint’s strengths and compatibility. - Maintain detailed records of submissions, communications, and outcomes for ongoing analysis and strategy refinement. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently. - Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail. - Experience with or willingness to learn about platforms such as Upwork and Indeed. - Basic knowledge of business development and the consulting industry is preferred but not required. - Proactive attitude towards following up and maintaining relationships with potential clients. - Comfortable working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and proficiency in digital communication tools.
