About the position We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. This position involves using a personal vehicle to transport goods to various locations while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong driving skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to safety, playing a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining the integrity of our products. Responsibilities • Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. , • Load and unload goods using equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. , • Navigate assigned routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries. , • Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries. , • Handle paperwork related to deliveries, including invoices and delivery confirmations. Requirements • Must own an enclosed vehicle to use for deliveries (e.g., van or pickup with bed cover). , • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. , • Experience with commercial driving preferred, including familiarity with manual transmission vehicles. , • Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds). , • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. , • Knowledge of route driving and navigation systems is beneficial. , • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
