Remote Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our database systems, verifying and correcting data to ensure high accuracy levels, and organizing and maintaining files and records. You will also conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals, and maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with database management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of integrity and respect for data confidentiality
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to changing technologies and work processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry or related fields
• Knowledge of data entry shortcuts and techniques
• Experience with data cleaning and validation processes
