As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top dental talent, including Dentists and Dental Hygienists, to drive our company's continued growth and success.

In this remote role, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing initiatives, social networking, and innovative sourcing tools to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Recruiting partners to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, cultivating relationships with passive talent and promoting our employer brand
• Establish and maintain relationships with residency programs for General and Specialty Dentists, as well as Hygiene Schools
• Participate in strategy calls and conduct cold calls to Doctors and Hygienists to explore opportunities with Sage Dental
• Utilize technology and tools to maximize candidate quality and personal productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or sourcing, with dental experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Boolean operators, social media applications, and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Personal integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to travel up to 10% for dental conferences, career fairs, and other events
