Full-Stack Developer Job Summary: As a member of our engineering community, you will go beyond just coding. You will help to shape and improve the product, business, company culture, engineering culture and EE/OE practices to help us best support the clients we serve. This team supports our web application platform that helps our talent to manage their work-life and our clients to better manage their hourly workforce. • Designs, develops, and maintains frameworks, components, and services that are consumed by internal and external engineering teams following SOLID principles of software development
• Works with the architecture team to create proof of concepts for new technologies and assists in determining which are a fit for the organization
• Builds into and enhances the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipelines
• Acts as a liaison to internal and external teams and assists in the onboarding process of new components and services
• Participates in scrum activities and ceremonies

Full-Stack Engineer Basic Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of software development experience in a professional environment
• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• MS Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or related field)
• Strong fundamentals in computer science (ie, algorithms, data structures, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality code with effective tests and documentation.
• Experience programming with at least one of the following software programming languages: Java, C, C#, C++, Kotlin

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $150,000 to $165,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
