Responsibilities

Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Working with business partners to analyze data needs and determine the best solution
  • Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders’ needs
  • Ensuring data security and compliance with best practices
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports
  • Providing training and support to end users on using Power BI
  • Designing and developing software applications based on the Informatica platform
  • Designing, developing and testing Informatica ETL solutions
  • Designing and implementing scalable data models within the Fabric environment
  • Monitor the shared mailbox where end-users submit questions/requests/issues
  • Respond to after-hours alerts when there are problems with the Informatica overnight loads
  • Prepare for, and monitor the after-hours scheduled server patching, and restart the services/tasks that were stopped or missed running during patching.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Experience migrating Qlikview applications to PowerBI
  • 2 years minimum using Oracle databases
  • Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts
  • 2 years min experience developing Informatica mappings, sessions, and workflows
  • Experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction
  • Familiar with Microsoft Fabric platform
  • Experience working with different airline ticketing data sources
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field is preferred.
  • Experience working in an airline technology environment is preferred.
